1. In House Manufacturing
Our very own in-house manufacturing plant is adjoined to our showroom. You're very welcome to come and browse around our workshop; you can even see your own kitchen being custom made.

2. Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA)
Orchard Kitchens are a member of the Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA). The objective of the KBSA is to scrutinise its members to enforce a high standard of operation and quality of performance. The KBSA also has the power to investigate members businesses to ensure that finances are conducted within their strict guidelines. Underwritten by a major insurance company, KBSA Consumer care protects the consumer in the unlikely event that a KBSA member ceases to trade prior to delivery of the contract. This unique scheme ensures the completion of your kitchen, bedroom or home office to the terms of your agreed contract, or the deposit is refunded, so long as the deposit paid was no more than 25% of the contract value. 3. Free On Site Design & Survey
Relax in the comfort of your home whilst we measure, and design your kitchen with computer-generated pictures. 20 years of experience enable us to overcome most problems no matter how difficult and challenging your kitchen may be.

4. Project Management
Orchard Kitchens cater for all your needs concerning design and manufacture, removing and disposal of old units, all installation work including high quality joinery, electrics, plumbing 'including corgi registered gas fitting', plastering, wall & floor tiling, lighting, colour schemes and interior design. Just decide on your particular needs, style and taste and leave the rest to us.

5. No Subcontractors
Orchard Kitchens never sub-contract installations.
Our own joiners who are also qualified Corgi registered installers are of the highest quality offering a first class service.

6. Specialists
We specialise in kitchens, we live and breathe in what we believe to be the best kitchens in the Midlands.

7. Carcasses
All Orchard Kitchen carcases are colour co-ordinated to match the unit doors. This is just another concept to enhance the effect of your new kitchen. Orchard Kitchen carcasses are all 18mm thick for strength and durability.

8. Hinges and Drawers
All hinges and drawers are made by ''Blum'' who are known for being the best quality on the market and are used by most high quality kitchen manufacturers. Be sure to ask for "Blum inside".

9. Doors
There are over 500 doors to choose from; therefore we have the variety of stock to serve a huge array of styles allowing all tastes to be catered for.

10. Itemised Billing
All designs are processed with an itemised pricing inventory of all the products needed to meet the specific design of your Orchard Kitchen. This enables you to know exactly what price you are paying for each unit, and each individual fitting cost that is going into making your kitchen complete. This can also help you to scrutinise the design and prices to keep within your budget.

11. No High-Pressure Sales
It is a concern to Orchard Kitchens that some companies adopt the 'hard sell' approach whether it is for a kitchen, double-glazing or indeed any other kind of home improvement. We consider our prices to be extremely competitive and subsequently our sales staff do not engage in techniques such as price loading to then drastically discount prices to give the impression that you are obtaining 'a fantastic deal'. Orchard Kitchens approach is as professional as it comes without any pressure to commit to purchase. Quotes are given without any obligation whatsoever.

12. Free Colour Photo-Realistic Computer Visuals
We will create a high quality colour picture of how your Orchard Kitchen will look. This will assist you in deciding whether your custom made design is really the one for you. If not, then invite us back and we'll try again for you!

13. Self fit option
Orchard Kitchens will give you the option of fitting your new kitchen yourself. This will reduce the cost as the installation charge can take you over your budget and fitting yourself is a good way of obtaining a custom made kitchen instead of a low quality flat pack for a similar price. All Orchard Kitchens self-fit kitchens are delivered rigid complete with all doors and drawers fitted onto the units, so there are no annoying bits missing out of the box or broken (that we have all experienced with DIY items). However, should the more skilful aspects of the fit prove daunting e.g. worktop mitres, we of course could supply our quote for this plus offer any advice that you may require.
